Ten Steps to a Federal Job

for Veterans

The Resume Place ‒ through our affiliate the Federal Career Training Institute ‒ teaches our Ten Steps to a Federal Job® employment strategy to military transition centers world-wide. Our curriculum is well-received and shared with military personnel through the GPS TAP programs.

TAP services address everything families need on the base. Along with military transition info, they provide financial services, emergency services, programs for children and military spouses, etc.

At the Resume Place, we do federal employment. We’re experts in that department. We’re able to go more in-depth with federal job search assistance and provide one-on-one support.

The Ten Steps were created by our Founder, Fed Jobs Guru Kathryn Troutman. Today this approach to the federal job search enriches the support provided by more than 100 military bases worldwide, as well as other employment centers (see list below). Now you have the opportunity to work one-on-one with the source of that winning strategy ‒ The Resume Place!
