Don’t wait … Register now for the best career class you will ever take!
This course is perfect for any first-time federal job seeker. The typical attendee for this class is a private industry professional who is either out of work currently, or could be very soon. They are seeking a stable position utilizing their experience. Other attendees are career professionals who advise job seekers in federal job search. Some attendees are new graduates from college who are seeking federal jobs. And a few are military personnel who are seeking their first federal position.
Some of the class members (maximum of 15 people in a class) have been trying to apply for federal jobs for a year or so. They are frustrated and uncertain about their federal resume, KSAs, announcement selection and keywords. They come to the class to get help in the application process, search USAJOBS, understand the employment system and just learn more about the jobs.
Please make an online reservation for the class, then call to pay and finalize your reservation at (410) 744 4324 or (888) 480-8265, ext. 0 (or ask for Sally London). Office hours are 9 to 5 pm, ET.
If you have questions about the course content, location or what to bring to the class, please email Lex Levin at lex@resume-place.com. Mr. Levin is the course co-trainer and can answer pre-course federal job search and federal resume writing questions.
Bring your resume to class on paper and online if possible. You will rewrite your resume during the class for a USAJOBS application. If you have your resume in the USAJOBS builder, that can help you improve the resume during the class. Even if you submit your current resume to USAJOBS, you can work on a new version during the class and use your account.
Classrooms are computer rooms. Use ours or bring your laptop! You can access wireless in the room. Bring your resume on-disk, be ready to write the resume, a KSA, and find positions on USAJOBS for which you are qualified during this one day class.
Write to training@resume-place.com for group pricing and payment by agency credit card.
Each class is limited to 15 attendees. Please register early.
All classes are held from 9:00am – 4:00pm.
