keyword-filled federal resume. This same format is excellent for the
USAJOBS, CPOL, AVUE and other resume builders.

Army AF, and many other agencies.

Get referred for an interview for your next application!
Course 3: Writing your KSAs with the CCAR
Kathryn’s easy way of talking about KSAs in the story-telling
CCAR formula is inspiring and can actually ease the writing of KSA and
essay narratives required by most federal applications. Kathryn will
interview someone from the class in the
Context-Challenge-Action-Results model using the KSA builder she
designed in 1996 (which is available at www.resume-place.com
– and is FREE). Kathryn will explain how to analyze a KSA for
keywords and principal concepts to be covered.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: How to recognize and accomplishment vs. a duty.
How to isolate an accomplishment and make it impressive. You will also
learn how much to write and how to impress the HR specialist and
manager.
