    First-time federal applicant – New to the Federal Job  Process: We will review your current resume; talk about your federal career objectives; review your qualifications, education and specialized experience to determine the best federal position (Career) for your background; review and discuss the correct salary / grade level;  look at vacancy announcements to determine if the positions are a good fit for your background; explain the “how to apply” instructions; and answer your questions about federal job search.
    First-time federal applicant – For federal jobseekers who are already trying to apply and are seeking help to improve your track record with federal applications: We will review the resume you have been using to apply for federal positions; talk about your past experiences in applying for federal jobs; look at your USAJOBS account (probably); discuss your specialized experience and how it supports the Qualifications statement from the announcement; look at KSAs you may have written; look at questionnaires that you may have completed; come up with some solutions to improve your federal resume and other application elements. We’ll develop a strategy for the federal resume content!

    Federal employee seeking career advancement or career change -  Getting promoted, changing occupational series or agencies can be very challenging for current federal employees! Our Consultants will review your current resume draft against your target announcements; devise a writing plan to emphasize the critical skills that are important for your positions. We will discuss your accomplishments and specialized experience to improve the content in  your federal resume.  We will review the announcements and classification standards for target positions.
