Senior Executive Service Applications -- Executive Core Qualifications

EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs):

The Office of Personnel Management has established five executive core qualifications that all applicants seeking to enter the Senior Executive Service must demonstrate. These are:

(1) Leading Change
(2) Leading People
(3) Results Driven
(4) Business Acumen
(5) Building Coalitions/Communications.
