Each professional staff member for Resume Place is recruited by Kathryn from referrals, retired Federal human resources professionals and career professionals who are seeking careers in helping people through coaching and writing Federal application materials. Kathryn continues in-service training on the latest federal application formats and human resources recruitment and selection objectives. Writers and coaches are mentored and developed to provide expertise in the latest Federal job search strategies, application analysis and writing, career change strategies, coaching and educating applicants. We strive to make the client's Federal job search is as efficient and successful as possible.
Most of our professional writing and training staff are permanent, part-time professionals, working from their homes, which are located throughout the United States and Germany. They are highly-effective through telephone, fast-connect email, Internet data collection and project management. Each writer and coach will provide time availability and contact information to clients throughout the project. Since our clients are located throughout the world, our expert writing, coaching and training team are also located throughout the U.S. and Europe.
