It will be invaluable to career counselors with clients who need help with federal job searching and federal resume writing. Troutman will discuss how to write an effective resume for the USAJOBs and DOD resume builders. You’ll learn how KSAs are written to receive a score of “best qualified” and secure interviews. She also covers how to best work with the USAJOBs website where most federal openings appear. Participants bring a private industry resume or rough fedres draft to convert into a winning federal resume. Training may include a copy of the Ten Steps 2nd edition.
