Mark Reichenbacher is recognized by the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches as a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW). Mark is contributing author for publications written by Ms. Troutman. Mark wrote a chapter in Ms. Troutman's latest book, Ten Steps to a Federal Job. Additionally, Mark created and edited all of the sample Resumix resumes that are contained in the Electronic Federal Resume Guidebook CD-ROM. Mark has a great propensity for recognizing keywords and skills in the most bureaucratic personnel documents. He can make lists of keywords and skills from basic position descriptions, evaluations, agency mission statements and take these skills and turn them into sentences and active voice descriptions. Mark has a distinguished career of over twenty-five years of federal service. He has acquired a well-rounded portfolio of experience, having held generalist, specialist, supervisory, and managerial positions at the field and headquarters levels in labor-management relations and program management. Currently, he serves as senior level Program Analyst and coordinates special projects dealing with workforce transition issues.
His career is highlighted by his reputation as a coach and mentor. In his agency, he has taken initiative and voluntarily developed training materials in how to complete applications for promotion, along with delivering seminars to employees on how best to present their qualifications and experience to give them the strongest competitive position possible.
Mark holds a Masters of Science degree in Labor Studies, and a Bachelors of Arts degree, with a double major in Psychology and Economics. Currently his family resides in Manassas, Virginia.
