Julie Jasper is an experienced writer who joined the Resume Place team in 2008. She has had an extensive career as a consultant providing research, analysis and writing support to a variety of government and nongovernment clients. Julie has written extensively for job seekers in legal, congressional and technical positions positions, as well as those making tough career transitions from the private sector to federal employment. Her ten years of consulting experience extends into legal research, treaty and policy analysis, technical writing and intelligence analysis, operational needs assessment, as well as to Congressional decision-making support. As Julie advanced in her career, she served as a rapporteur during international arms control treaty negotiations occurring in the United States and Russia.
