A former U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer retired after 22 years of service, Jim Dalton went on to a 20+ year career working for well-known defense contractors where he served as a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, Technical Writer and Senior Analyst. In his government career, Jim was responsible for gathering, drafting, updating and finalizing documentation on voluminous training materials and program manuals.
