Sarah is an experienced Federal Resume and KSA Writer and Federal Job Project Analyst. Sarah has over 10 years of writing experience and is an expert in federal resumes (paper and electronic), KSAs, ECQs, cover letters and private industry resumes. Sarah has strong skills in research, interviewing and analysis, and is experienced in developing content for competitive, successful applications at all levels, including Senior Executive Service. She works very well under deadline.

Sarah spent three years as the Resume Place’s client coordinator, analyzing federal resumes and applications and devising targeted plans for job search materials. She advises clients on federal job search strategies, application processes, federal job announcements and qualifications and the best fit and match for an applicant’s background to a particular job announcement. Her skills cover a wide range of occupational fields.

Sarah served as a development editor and contributor for the Ten Steps to a Federal Job, Second Edition; editor and proofreader for The Student’s Federal Career Guide, The Federal Resume Guidebook, Third Edition, and Ten Steps to a Federal Job; and resume sample developer and editor for The Military to Federal Career Guide and the Resumes for Dummies, Fifth Edition. She coordinated the production of 2,000 electronic resumes for Corpus Christi Army Depot staff and prepared the Federal Job Analysis Training module for the Certified Federal Job Search Trainer program. Sarah is a trained Teleleader with experience teaching The Resume Place’s monthly Teleclasses.

Sarah received her B.A. from Towson State University in Mass Communications, with a concentration in Journalism. In addition to her work with the Resume Place, Sarah is also the editor of a Philadelphia newspaper.
