Returns and Refunds for Books and CDs

General Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by The Resume Place, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Your Refund

Partial refunds:

• Any book and CD-ROM returned within 30 days of delivery: 100% of item’s price.
• Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item’s price.

Receiving a Refund

We’ll request a refund after we receive and process your return. You will receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

How Refunds are Issued

If paid by credit card, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

• Time of Delivery: Specified on task order and mutually agreed to by the ordering entity and vendor.
• Expedited Delivery: via Fedex for Government Agencies and via UPS for residential shipping
• Overnight and 2-day Delivery: Available for orders
• F.O.B Point(s): Destination for bulk government agency orders within the 50 United States
• Shipping to government agencies outside of the U.S. mainland for bulk orders will be based on cost and specific estimates
