I have been applying for USA job positions for months now and always get the highly qualified but not overly qualified response back. I guess my problems lie with the questionnaire section. I basically never answer, e. that Im considered an expert in this category, because no one applying for a bio technician position is an expert in anything yet. I usually answer d. that i performed this task on many occassions w/out supervision. However it seems that e. (expert) is the answer they want. Should i exaggerate my answer so that I can get passed the HR reviews and have the actual people looking to do the hiring look at my resume? This has been tough for me to judge.
