I am applying for a government job with 6 KSAs--at 8,000 characters each! I feel like I am babbling. Should I try and use multiple examples for each question?

I would like to know how often you review your website there are some illegible content which makes reading the material difficult? Also, I purchased your book at a seminar several years ago and wanted to know if there are any downloadable updates? I am presently in a entry level federal position however; I would like to compete for a midlevel or senior position and need help displaying my strengths on my application for the higher level position.

Hi Alyson, I don't know what the current plan is for the Roadmap Initiative and the Legislation that is waiting in Congress. This is the legislation that asks for the KSAs to be eliminated. You will find the Narrative Essay Requests in the www.applicationmanager.gov website. This questionnaire site is part of some of the USAJOBS applications. When you submit for a job with USAJOBS many times, they will ask for questions - and essays at applicationmanager.gov.
I recently read about a hiring initiative the OPM is putting in place called the End to End (E2E) Roadmap Hiring Initiative that was submitted for implementation to the agencies 9/2008. In it, it states they are getting rid of any additional documentation addressing KSAs outside the resume, specifically the essays. A year later, is that the case? If not, where in the application process would you submit the essays (I cant find a location in USAJOBs.gov).

Thank you!
