		<description>Dear Kathryn,
Although I was not one of those who attended the Federal Job Fair sponsored by the Partnership for Public Service, I am one of the many Americans currently seeking employment with the Federal Government. One could write a book about how completely different this process is from it&#039;s private industry counterpart and you have done just that.
I&#039;m afraid that without your informed instruction many of these individual efforts are doomed to frustration and failure. As someone currently involved in this labyrinthian quest, my sympathies go out to all who might be hoping for success in their endeavors without proper guidance or background in the intricacies and differences in their government presentation of their skills and abilities.
Good luck to you all,
Rod Frantz
