Hi Kathryn --
Thank you so much for presenting "10 Steps to a Federal Job" on November
19. As the evaluations show, it was a very well received program and
all of the participants felt that the time spent in the program was
worthwhile. Your program was also the most well attended program for
the Job and Career Information Center this year!
I hope that you will consider presenting for the Enoch Pratt Free
Library again. Thank you again!

Kathryn,
I attended your training for CIS-DHS employees a few months ago. I then purchased the Federal Resume Guidebook. I applied for a position with the Administrative Appeals Office. I had applied for this position before and received a poor KSA rating. Using your guidebook, not only did I receive a high KSA rating, but I also was offered the position!
Thanks so much!

I met Kathy Troutman while trying to produce a training on how to assist individuals with disabilities in getting federal jobs. She quickly grasped the unique issues and put her incredible resources and energy into designing a training tailor-made for vocational rehabilitation professionals.

Your presentation to the Washington, D.C. chapter of the International Association of Career Management Professionals was terrific! I'm sure you could tell by the eager response you received that the information you shared was most valuable to career consultants and career counselors!
