• Find the on-line questionnaire in Application Manager (you have to have an account and a resume in USAJOBS to find the questions) or other online questionnaire.
• Write your narrative answers or essays in Word, to later copy and paste into the Quesitonnaire / online form.
• Answer the questions, submit your essays.
• Follow the directions for additional information via FAX.
